Job Description

We’re building something special at Bloom Growth Studios (BGS). Backed by a multi-time founder and connected to a fast-growing private equity firm, BGS is on a quick growth trajectory. We’re looking for the best team to be part of that growth.

BGS is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to scale its organization and provide best-in-class services to its client roster. Bloom Growth Studio is a full-service growth team designed exclusively for partnering with B2B Software Companies, providing strategic blueprints and hyper-tactical partnership in scaling growth across all segments of the Marketing & Sales funnel.


What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a strong understanding of each assigned client, products/services in their market and develop the best playbook for their success
  • Review, analyze and summarize materials for target institutions
  • Work with Bloom Growth Studio’s clients to exceed their sales development goals
  • Work closely with Bloom leadership to ensure the success of all campaigns under management
  • Consistently update and refine the marketing and sales pitch and process to deliver for clients


You’re likely a great fit if:

  • Experience with HubSpot to generate, capture, nurture, track and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
  • You are super results-oriented
  • You like working in a fast-paced environment that is ever-changing
  • You have some experience in sales, marketing and outbounding tactics
  • Proven track record of strategically growing accounts
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills – you must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes.
  • You have a collaborative attitude combined with a can-do spirit; willing to jump in wherever needed
  • You are a strong communicator that works well with a team
  • You love working with clients and strive to make them happy
