Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Certification

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Utilize Litmus platform for comprehensive email testing and rendering optimization.

Experience in digital asset management

Exposure to Content Management Systems such as WordPress

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage campaigns and projects across multiple clients

6 months+ of experience in a digital marketing, web/email development or related role.

Some experience using Photoshop and HTML in a marketing or communications role

Knowledge of email marketing metrics and experience with A/B testing and segmentation is a plus.

Work closely with the team to understand the email requirements and implement them effectively.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, while still being available for live working sessions.

Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not required.

Working knowledge of CRM and campaign management.

1-3 years of hands-on email production experience in relevant industry executing marketing campaigns.

Experience in coding emails for responsive design.

Intermediate knowledge of the latest HTML, CSS, and JavaScript techniques for use in a variety of custom marketing executions.
