We are currently in search of a Capital Campaign Manager for a Food Bank. The position is full-time, in-person located in Washington, D.C. This is a permanent position.

POSITION TITLE: Capital Campaign Manager

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week

Salary: $75,000 to $85,000

Is This Your Dream Job? The newly created position of Capital Campaign Manager will implement and manage the planning and execution of a $30 million campaign. This role will work closely with the Chief Development Officer. You will be the perfect fit for this position if you enjoy project management, prospect research and have strong CRM experience. Proof of vaccination including booster against COVID-19 is required.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Strong project management skills
• 3-5 years of development experience, preferably with a capital campaign or direct experience with prospect research.
• Bachelors Degree
• Superb written and verbal communications skills
• Prior experience with CRM platforms- Raiser’s Edge, Luminate Online, or similar platform

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Serve as day-to-day point person for campaign deadlines and deliverables
• Oversee donor acknowledgement and recognition process and manage logistics for cultivation events
• Collaborate with senior organizational leaders to plan and execute Campaign Steering Committee meetings
• Direct all aspects of the campaign including donor pipelines, prospect tracking, strategy, task assignment, and timeline development/enforcement
• Oversee production of campaign collateral and communications in partnership with the Director of Communications
• Lead prospect identification and qualification initiatives
