The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a dynamic Deputy Task Order Manager (DTOM) to join the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC III) team.

The position will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Eastern Service Area (ESA) NISC support team with the goal of providing outstanding customer service to the FAA.

The successful candidate will be a proven, versatile, and results-driven leader that motivates multi- disciplined technical teams. The primary team for this DTOM position will be Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) professionals. Other teams might include Engineers, Computer Programmers, Schedulers, Program Analysts, and more. The DTOM may have up to thirty direct reports as well as contract oversight to subcontractors, located from Maine to Florida. The DTOM is responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and personnel development.

The DTOM assists with the preparation of task order proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and Estimates at Complete (EAC) of the various task orders. The DTOM assists with customer contact for all program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss and be accountable for cost, schedule, and technical performance of all task orders. The DTOM may lead the execution of task orders under the NISC program with a cumulative value of over $4M that requires strong business acumen with a thorough understanding of the customer mission, the customer organization and customer relations, and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and requirements.

Further, the DTOM is expected to be visionary with initiatives for process improvements and innovations that become embedded into the customer operations thereby improving overall mission support.

Basic Qualifications:

• Intermediate level knowledge of Knowledge Sharing Network (KSN)/SharePoint sites, must be able to manage and maintain information
• Ten plus years’ experience as an Environmental Occupational Safety and Health Professional
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.
• Must be patient, flexible, organized and well-written, consistent with acceptable standards of writing
• BA/BS degree from an accredited college with 8 plus years’ experience. Six plus years’ experience with a Master’s Degree. Generally has 4+ years of experience supervising or leading teams or projects.
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Safety Professional (CSP)

Pay Range:

Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00
