The Role:

The DIE&B team focuses on building a workforce with diverse perspectives and a unique PayPal culture that intentionally advances an inclusive and equitable agenda where everyone feels a sense of belonging.


We are looking for a DIE&B Support Specialist to ensure our team operates as effectively and efficiently and to play a key role in supporting our strategic business objectives. 


The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing large data sets and extracting solutions, while partnering with cross-functional teams to translate insights into action.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to track key metrics for DIE&B in the hiring journey
  • Support the tracking and administration of the DIE&B scorecard and activities that support leaders in reaching their DIE&B goals
  • Assist with the design, development and support of specific DIE&B projects and initiatives across the DIE&B team, as needed
  • Analyze data, identify trends and share insights that will help build and enhance targeted DIE&B initiatives and programs as tied to our key actions in hiring, retention and progression.
  • Assist with the development, maintenance and delivery of DIE&B content, metrics and reporting – including drafting and tracking quarterly reports for our senior leadership team and select country leaders


Qualifications:


  • Expertise in handling large data sets and extracting insights that are actionable for the business - not just in theory but in practice
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and effectively 
  • Raises the bar across teams by partnering selflessly with cross functional leaders
  • Role model of our values of inclusion, innovation, collaboration, and wellness and our associated Leadership Principles.
  • A proactive approach to work and the ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Be detail-oriented and dedicated to accuracy
  • Track record of execution and impact, specifically:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Able to work effectively in collaboration with colleagues
  • Elevates team culture and performance
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with budget management
  • Experience with project management
  • Experience with structured/unstructured data, as well as data analytics

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $52800 to $136510
