What you'll do as a District Manager:

• Act as a liaison between the Store Managers and Regional Director to maximize efficiency and profitability
• Supervise personnel activity of store operations to all assigned stores in designated area
• Assist with executing Casey's strategic initiatives, driving sales, and maintaining standards within your assigned area
• Develop Team Members on career pathways
