About Our Client
My client is a real estate developer and general contractor looking to grow their presence in the St. Louis market. With offices all over the Midwest, their primary projects are industrial manufacturing facilities and distribution centers. They pride themselves on not only the growth opportunities they offer, but the positive presence they bring to the communities they come to. Due to them growing in the St. Louis market, they're looking to bring on a Sr. Project manager to grow a team under this person.

• Manage projects ranging from $10M - $100M+ in value.
• Take ownership and initiative on all projects from conception to completion.
• Plans and coordinates project activities inline company polices and procedures.
• Ensure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job site.
• Responsible for forecasting and estimating costs and changes to costs for project completion.
• Communicates effectively with on-site teams, clients, owners. etc.
• Creates and reviews project schedules and budgets.
• Travel as necessary to job sites.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Direct the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.
• Organize client meetings/sub meetings.

The Successful Applicant

• Prior experience working as a project manager.
• Client-facing experience is a must.
• Estimating experience is a plus.
• Software proficient (ex: procore).
• Prior experience handling projects $20M+ in value.
• 3-10+ years of experience with a general contractor.
