Job Description

Mackinnon Bruce International are currently partnered up with an Industry-leading Sports Nutrition CPG-producing company with a focus on Protein Bars and Protein Powder.


We are looking for a Strategic and Analytical Director of Supply Chain Planning with 5-7 years worth of Supply Chain Strategic Planning, Supply & Demand Planning and Materials Planning experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic supply chain plans, policies, and procedures to meet organizational objectives and optimize operational performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize risks.
  • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory management, and work together with procurement and sales to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in using supply chain management software and systems.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain strategic planning, with a focus on demand, materials and supply planning within the CPG industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
