Director Supply Chain Management

Berean Group is looking for a IT Program Director

Location: No need to be located in an office, remote with willingness to travel up to 5%

Job Title: External - Supply Chain Planning (O9), Technology Implementation Program Director - Americas Region

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project teams and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders, including internal teams and external vendors, global and regional
• Develop and manage O9 supply chain planning implementation plans and timelines for the Americas region, ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Establish project goals and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of O9 Supply planning technology solutions, including testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as required.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices and influence the deployment approach to incorporate Agile mindset and concepts when possible.
• Define project scope, budget, and resource requirements.
• Deliver a deployment methodology framework that every region can leverage to roll out O9 technology in different markets.
• Collaborate and Develop partnerships with the global IT & Data organization, formalize implementations roles and responsibilities between global and regional teams

Requirements:

• Expert in developing partnerships between regional / global / IT and Business organizations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Supply chain technologies implementation, with at least 3 years in a program director or similar leadership role.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in developing deployment methodology frameworks.
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, with experience managing large, complex software implementation projects.
• Experience in the CPG industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology
