Director, Program Operations Jobs

We are searching for someone who thinks strategically and can execute in a methodical way. Can also be hands-on when required, but constantly striving to reduce inefficiencies and constantly challenges the status quo. With high attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities, you are able to build efficient, scalable, and reliable procedures across the organization.

WE WILL DEPEND ON THIS PERSON TO:

• Design and engage in all processes including operational hubs, product road map and prioritization, execution excellence and efficient supply chain designs (End to End Process Flow)
• Promote and monitor employee safety and take proactive steps to create a positive safety culture.
• Come with recommendations that improve the organization KPIs that will support the needed growth.
• Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Repairsmith's objectives and timelines
• Analyze and build data systems that help understand business trends.
• Interface with the national field team to ensure stakeholder needs are understood, documented, and met.
• Create and maintain models for capacity planning throughout to ensure proper risk management
• Interact with the RepairSmith's Product, Marketing, Engineering, Safety, and Operations Organizations
• Support the design and execution of Repairsmith's national growth including physical footprint.
• Embrace, promote and lead continuous improvement efforts across the whole operations ecosystem.
• Improve processes to drive continuous improvement and productive operations.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners.
• Deep experience with operations process improvement and analysis
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines
• Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment
• Able to work efficiently under high amount of work under stress.
• Willingness to travel as needed for the role
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion
• Good project management skills and ability to work within guidelines
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously
