Serco is looking for a motivated, hands-on Program Director to lead and manage the strategy and operation of a very large and complex multi-million dollar Benefits Coordination and & recovery Center (BCRC) program in Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The program director will support the client’s objectives, requirements, constraints and technology landscape. As a program director, you will serve as the primary point of contact with client and project teams in the performance of the required work and services under the contract. You will be responsible for coordinating the management of all work performed, including overseeing the work of subcontractors, team members and vendors.
