Program Director (Tech) Jobs

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Program Director in Tampa, Florida.

The person that fills this role will be responsible for the following:

• Assists in proposal process and coordinates with Pricing Department when required. Responsible for all phases of the program budget.
• Responsible for the successful technical, schedule, and cost performance of a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate program/project managers, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
• May be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• The program director manages one or more projects or programs, may manage an operating office and supervises professional and technical personnel performing in their customary disciplines.
• Performs analysis for contract reviews with various software.
• Acquires follow-on business associated with areas of responsibility and supports new business development by leading major proposals personally, or through subordinate program/project managers.
• Monitor contract, subcontract, and funding; prepare forecasts of program financial performance.
• Develops Quality Assurance Programs for all products and services.
• Manages a directorate within a division. Has supervisory and developmental responsibilities within a functional area.
• Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports.
• Trains and supervises personnel.
• Maintains aggressive efforts to achieve objectives.
• Acts as a technical liaison with vendors.
• Assign staff and provide technical direction as necessary to complete task.
• Prepare Staffing Plans, including skill and labor mix, to support contract operations.

Qualifications

The candidate that we hire will meet or exceed the following requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in planning, directing, and managing complex projects/operations of a nature similar in size and scope as referenced in this solicitation to include manpower utilization, procurement, training, problem resolution, employee relations (including subcontractors), cost, budget, and managing milestones.
• Experience managing large teams and working with government senior level and/or executive level leadership.
• Miitary/ relevant work experience accepted in lieu of degree
• Demonstrated experience in international civilian-based disaster response management, particularly as it pertains to the provision of IT and communications support and project/program management.
• Demonstrated experience managing the contractor's proposed methodologies and standards.
• BS 16-18, MS 14+, Phd 10+
• Minimum on an active Secret security clearance is required..

Target Salary Range

$176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
