Director, Private Credit Jobs

Job Overview:

The firm is seeking a Director to join the Private Credit team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing private credit investment strategies across a variety of industries and sectors. You will work closely with the Private Credit team to identify investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and execute transactions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with key industry participants, including borrowers, lenders, and advisors
• Monitor and manage existing investments, including ongoing analysis of performance and risk
• Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, industry research, and management interviews
• Identify and analyze investment opportunities in the private credit markets
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the Private Credit platform
• Manage the execution of transactions, including negotiation of terms and documentation
• Work collaboratively with the Private Credit team to develop and execute investment strategies

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated track record of successfully executing private credit transactions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in private credit investing or related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
