The Position:
As the Director of VisComm & Content, you'll be responsible for overseeing and developing the way our brand shows up across all customer touchpoints as well as delivering the creative ideas and communications across all channels that support GameChangers marketing campaigns. Reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will create and execute innovative and compelling programs and campaigns that capture our brand's essence, our products' value and deliver revenue growth. You have a passion for creative development, an eye for compelling brand design, and understand how to translate insights into your team's work. You will be responsible for leading the customer content strategy and generating content across all customer touchpoints. You are a leader who has a proven track record of creative excellence, exceptional leadership skills,the ability to drive results and who wants to roll their sleeves up and be in the day to day of strategy and execution.
What You'll Do:
- Create annual, quarterly and multi-year content strategies, based on insights, user needs, sports and cultural events and operationalize content operations to increase effectiveness and efficiency of all content.
- Actively lead and participate in the ideation and concepting phase of programs & campaigns and guide the team to develop concepts that deliver on the GTM strategy, build the brand, and connect with the target core audience.
- Establish writing guidelines and self-service content, ensuring all GC team members understand and are utilizing best practices in their respective roles.
- Present and facilitate strategic brand and design discussions withSLT and build strong connections and belief with leaders throughout the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and integrate them into our brand design and content strategy to ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
- Develop and implement a cohesive creative vision for our brand across all channels and customer touchpoints, resulting in increased awareness, affinity and revenue outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the brand internally - developing the tone, voice, look and feel, archetype, copy and standards of our brand now and into the future.
- Lead design of the physical presence for GC relative to event activation.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, timelines, and budgets to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Product Management, Product Design, Growth and CX, to ensure all brand and content efforts support our business goals.
Who You Are:
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful campaigns across various channels and formats and then demonstrate impact through metrics and KPI's.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, and to translate that thinking into actionable plans and drive results
- A strong understanding of brand identity, messaging, and voice, and the ability to ensure all creative efforts align with our brand guidelines and standards.
- Ability to influence up, across and between multiple departments and leaders - manage positive relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners and Sr. Leadership.
- 10+ years of experience in a brand, content and visual communications role. You have preferably led all 3 functions together for 3+ years.
- You embrace change and know how to lead others through it, increasing engagement throughout and as a result. - you can flawlessly operate in the ambiguous. You can quickly adapt and excel within a hyper-growth environment.
- SaaS experience required; basic knowledge of sports strongly preferred. CPG background preferred.
- Excellent project management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The target salary range for this position is between $130,000 and $170,000. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes incentive, equity, and benefits for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
