Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Director of sales to join our organization. The responsibilities of the Director of sales include selling audit and identity and Access Governance products, overseeing the daily sales activities, meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services.

To be successful as a Director of sales, you should have good leadership skills and the ability to drive company success. Director of Sales Responsibilities:

·Cultivating lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty

·Developing and promoting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

·Working with the marketing department to design print and online promotional materials for the company's products and services.

·Identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.

·Must have experience in marketing automation, able to create and implement email nurture programs, segment target lists and campaign generate assets, including emails, landing pages, and forms, etc.

·Managing the sales team and maintaining sales operations.

·Outlining and managing sales budgets.

·Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.

·Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.

·Reviewing client activity and anticipating needs, and improving client satisfaction.

·Creating sales reports and providing feedback to improve sales.

·Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.

·The ultimate goal is to build a highly metric-driven and predictable revenue team.

·Propose and implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth.

Director of Sales Requirements:

·Should have experience in selling audit and identity and Access Governance products.

·Minimum of 7 years experience in a sales leadership position.

·Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a sales role with sales technology and CRM software.

·Process-driven with the ability to use a quantitative approach to apply business insights to sales.

·Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior (C-level) leadership role may be advantageous.

·In-depth knowledge of selling strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.

·Strong working knowledge of the company's competitive products, and the market.

·Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

·Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.

Skills Required:

·Experience in selling identity and Access Governance products

·Good knowledge of audit and controls

·Self-motivated and driven by targets.

·Resilience.

·Strong communication skills – including both verbal and written.

·The ability to influence and negotiate with others.

·Commercial awareness.

·Well-versed with MS Office

·Knowledge of any one ERP (SAP, Workday, Oracle, NetSuite)

·Active listening - understanding the customers' needs.
