Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Documented working knowledge of comprehensive programming for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities within a residential setting.

Managerial experience to include the supervision of both direct and indirect reports, preferably of a cross functional team.

Documented experience in supervision including objectively identifying, collecting, and/or analyzing quality assurance information.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of successfully managing and developing growing, high-performing teams.

Solid understanding of software implementation methodologies, project management frameworks, and best practices.

Collaborate with other Regional Delivery Leaders to align around Global Process Consistency and delivering a consistent Best-in-Class Delivery experience

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvements and deliver results.

Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of 18 consultants located throughout North America.

You have excellent team planning, project budget, and services engagement management skills.

You will provide services account management for your client group, which includes overall customer satisfaction and providing support for customer escalations.

You will plan for the future. You will provide financial management, including capacity planning and financial forecasting.

You will oversee multiple managers and teams within our Professional Services Division and build a team culture that creates team success.

You will provide guidance and strategy to ensure your Professional Service Managers are aligned on resource needs & commitments.

You will have 8+ years of experience in professional services or software organization.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and liaise with faculty, staff, and external partners.

5+ years of experience in a professional services leadership role

Manage and administer Office of Professional Engagement budget and process expenses;

Strong oral, written, organizational, communication and presentation skills.

Work closely with Associate Dean for Assessment & Professional Engagement to contribute to development of robust program for professional identity formation;

Remain aware of emerging trends and issues in professional identity formation;

Promote a sense of belonging among students through targeted programming, including overseeing a regular program of activities;
