Director Of Programs & Program Manager

The Director of Programs leads PCY's practice agenda, which includes technical assistance and training in all state and federal publicly-funded afterschool and summer programs and other whole child initiatives, and PCY’s new expanded learning workforce development initiative. This position provides vision and leadership for goals, strategies, and continuous improvement. This position works collaboratively with a wide range of external partners and our policy and communications staff to ensure cohesion between teams and goals. This position is part of the Leadership Team supporting the vision and direction of the organization.
