The Director of Pricing Strategy & Optimization is responsible for setting the strategic pricing, promotion, product and placement direction for Chobani’s portfolio of products. This role will partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Innovation to deliver both commercial and financial objectives.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the customer teams to design price and promo testing programs
• Manage ongoing analysis of what is working and what is not in the competitive marketplace and assess investment and pricing effectiveness
• Monitor risk and opportunities for ongoing adjustment to strategies and tactics to achieve plan
• Develop and present innovative, actionable solutions based on testing and evaluation of brand and customer data and feedback
• Develop detailed pricing guidance to cover flags from Finance across all customers and channels including maintaining proper channel balance and setting promotional guardrails
• Develop and deploy a testing plan to understand best tactics of commercial spend through promo, media or other activation tactics
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Work closely with cross functional groups from Finance, Marketing, Category Management and selling customer teams in ongoing analysis of current year plan
• Build price pack architecture framework in collaboration with cross-functional partners for scale across Chobani’s portfolio of products and customer base

Requirements

• Ability to interpret complex data and provide solutions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
• Track record of being highly customer-focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships
• Comfortable leveraging data resources, tools and building pricing models
• Willingness to travel
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with multiple business partners
• 8+ years CPG experience
• Bachelor's degree required

Compensation Range: $144,000.00 - $216,000.00, plus bonus.
