Their continued growth has led to their need to hire the firm's first HR executive to support their

30+ employees. This is an exciting opportunity to join an organization and build the HR playbook

from the ground up, including mapping, benefits, compliance, employee engagement, and performance

evaluation processes.

billion across several investment vehicles. The firm's current portfolio includes over thirty North

America-based businesses specializing in education, healthcare services, IT services and

expertise and access to debt and equity capital to make operational improvements, pursue tuck-in

acquisitions, and oversee strategic growth initiatives

Our client's portfolio companies range from $3-$40 million in EBITDA, with its affiliates

committing $20-$100+ million per investment. The firm has grown significantly over the past few

years and is seeking to add an experienced human resource professional to support firm leadership

in managing the people and culture of its 30+ person-strong organization.

Oversee all firm human resources functions, including payroll, compensation, benefits, handbook and other relevant firm policies, and state and federal labor law compliance
