years and is seeking to add an experienced human resource professional to support firm leadership

Our client was founded in 2010 by three long-term private equity colleagues who saw an opportunity

in the market. They feel like they're just getting started.

Strong project management and team leadership skills.

Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

Manages a team responsible for conducting HR analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize corporate programs and processes.

Supports in the establishment of data tables, structures, files, interface requirements, and data integrity protocols for ongoing administration.

Experience with Enterprise HRIS systems; Workday experience strongly desired but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Oversee the administration of employee benefits, policies, and office activities

Strong communication skills — especially 1:1 and written/internal communications

Learn current HR procedures to improve or recreate more efficient operations

Formalize Madhappy’s recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding procedures to ensure we build a world-class team

Build a clear People department as we scale to ensure a positive work environment and motivated employees

Represent our people and culture in leadership meetings for company strategy and decisions

Performance management processes including quarterly feedback and twice yearly promotion and compensation cycles

Work with the President and leadership to develop and implement change management strategies and communication when needed

Project management expertise; manage projects ensuring detail orientation, clear organization, and no balls dropped

Maintain and continually improve our team performance and strong employee experience through our:

Partner with hiring managers to hire the strongest possible teammates for the Starface team

You have significant project/program management experience related to the implementation of new platforms

You are customer-obsessed and have a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and influence

You have 10+ years of systems technology experience

You have 3+ years of People Tech leadership experience in rapidly expanding international environments

Hands on experience with Workday and other technologies such as Greenhouse and ServiceNow

You have a proven understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT business processes and how they impact HR systems

You have significant project/program management experience related to the implementation of new platforms

You are customer-obsessed and have a demonstrated track record of effective stakeholder management and influence

You have 10+ years of systems technology experience

You have 3+ years of People Tech leadership experience in rapidly expanding international environments

Hands on experience with Workday and other technologies such as Greenhouse and ServiceNow
