BMC’s dynamic corporate teams are strategic and trusted advisors to the global organization supporting, enhancing, and driving BMC’s vision, culture, growth, and so much more. As the Director of Marketing Programs, you will report to the Chief Marketing Officer and will be a cross-functional leader who collaborates with other teams to drive the successful execution of BMC’s marketing programs. You will evaluate and prioritize various marketing activities and work with the various internal and external teams to scope the project requirements, timelines, budgets, and resources needed. You will lead the on-time delivery of projects and communicate the success metrics to leadership. This role is essential in driving the programs that help us execute and achieve our annual marketing plans. Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
  • Communicate the importance of programs and projects to all levels of the organization to drive alignment and support.
  • Provide updates to leadership on the health of projects; be able to quickly take action to get projects on track if they are off schedule, over budget, or under resourced.
  • Lead the launch and execution of cross functional programs that support the marketing organization and drive the success of BMC’s annual marketing plan.
  • Drive all phases of BMC’s marketing programs from planning through execution. Work with various stakeholders to define requirements.
  • Create project timelines and identify potential cross-functional dependencies.

To ensure you are set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
  • You get excited when it comes to process and the orchestration of projects that drive Marketing’s success.
  • Your background shows your ability to organize, manage, and prioritize across multiple projects.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree and 10 + years of experience in Project and program management with the skills to define needs, evaluate KPIs, and ensure successful execution and timely delivery.
  • You have leadership and management experience with a background in managing internal and external teams.
  • You are seen as someone that can get things done regardless of the circumstances while still being flexible and able to adjust and adapt as the situation requires.
