IT Director / Information Technology Director / Director of IT / Technical Director of IT ( Direct Hire) ONSITE in the Des Moines IOWA AREA. WORK ONSITE, WITH FLEXIBILITY EACH WEEK.
This is a Permanent Direct Hire IT Director / Information Technology Director / Director of IT / Hands On Technical Director of IT position with one of our clients in the Des Moines IOWA area up to $165K PLUS A 10% Bonus depending on years of experience. You must reside in the Des Moines area / drive to Des Moines onsite office weekly.
You must have Current Tech demonstrated experience, Tech Strategic Planning and Technical Roadmap experience, and previous Direct report experience. You will be on the Front Lines working to improve technology for the business, Drive Solutions for the business, and you will be a difference maker in working with the business and leading the Front lines of business operations from a Strategic & Technical standpoint! This IT Director / Director of IT is a Strategic AND Technical Lead role in a small IT shop! This is not just a management / leadership position, you will need to be able to be comfortable ‘In the Technical Day to Day of the IT organization, being out in Front of the Business needs Majority of the time.
What You Will Need to Be Considered for this Onsite Position:

• Prior Infrastructure experience – Current Technical skills with VMware, server support / Windows, O365, and Storage.
• Security / Network Security / Generalized Data experience
• Proven track record of Direct Reports and Developing Staff
• IT Budget experience
• O365 and Cloud experience
• Manage the data center
• Technical IT Current Tech experience
• Managing Vendor relationships
• General understanding of Server and Network performance and troubleshooting; Windows Server, Active Directory & MS Exchange Server, VOIP, Citrix & HyperVisor technology, Networking, and Cloud based technology. O365, Routers / Switches / Storage
• Smaller IT / Tech Team, 2 Direct Reports, 10 – 15 people in IT with a larger company.
• Any Application Development knowledge and experience with an ERP is a Plus !
