Full-Time hourly position - rate based on experience and education

Support the management of financial budgets for individual programs.

Position may expand or change to include other job responsibilities in nutrition and youth development.

Other duties as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Basic math skills are required

Previous experience in the grocery business or a related field is helpful but not required PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Cashier duties include checking out customers and operating a POS (Point of Sale) system

Unload product off of the truck to be stocked on shelves

Stock shelves with products for customers to purchase

Education: High school diploma or its equivalent. Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field recommended.

Experience: Six months manufacturing experience or computer hardware assembly recommended.

Creates and modifies work instructions from applicable engineering technical data, drawings, build notes and test procedures

Works closely with both Operations and Engineering departments to capture accurate and repeatable instructions

Updates existing instructions as required and helps maintain the work instructions library within work instructions software

Maintains configuration control of work instructions within work instructions software

Education: Bachelor’s in engineering, business, science, or related field. Knowledge of quality principles and processes required.

Experience: Five or more years preferred. One - two years in a manufacturing

environment preferred. Knowledge of commodity materials, production processes, quality control, first article inspection is preferred.

Miscellaneous: Quality certifications (CQE, lean, six sigma, BPM, etc) preferable. Some travel.

Physical: Should be able to lift 25 lbs – 50 lbs to maneuver boxes with parts.

Work with managers from all departments on a daily basis

1 year of supervisory experience

Hold staff accountable to Service and Parts processes

Ensure CSI is above national average

Review and make decisions based off Service & Parts Reports

Ensure compliance of workplace rules and regulations

Experience using hand and power tools

Mechanical and situational problem solving abilities

Visiting client’s homes to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair electronic and/or mechanical components for mobility equipment

Communicating with customers regarding concerns and resolutions

Training/educating customers and caregivers in the proper use, care and safety of equipment

Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintaining an orderly lot and vehicle display, as well as an orderly shop and showroom appearance

Minimum one year management/supervisory experience required.

Three to five years healthcare sales/ management experience preferred.

Employee must meet minimum requirements to be eligible for benefits

Two or more years' experience in hospice/home care required (if also functioning as the Clinical Nursing Supervisor for the provider).

Meets all state-specific requirements for the Administrator role.

Three years' experience in direct patient care in a clinical setting preferred.
