Demonstrable business management experience with a general understanding of finance, operations, marketing, and human resources.

Strong problem-solving and project management skills.

Assists VP of IT in the management, coordination, and administration of all computer and information system-related services, projects, and programs.

Bachelor’s (four year) degree in Information Technology (IT), Information Systems (IS), Computer Science (CS), Business Management, or another related field.

Experience in system engineering with enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, network equipment, workstations, etc. in a domain environment.

Experience managing IT support staff in an organization with 100+ employees.

Proven cybersecurity knowledge and experience

Minimum of 4-year degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience required

Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development

Extensive application support experience with Microsoft products

In-depth knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws

Education/ Certification/Years of Experience Requirements:

Gain hands on and technical knowledge and experience by working on projects and assignments;

Apply diversified knowledge in academic discipline principles to a variety of assignments.

Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;

Apply knowledge from field of study for tasks within the assigned business unit;

Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university

This is an exempt position. Pay rates are based on education, skill, experience level and internal equity

Provide technical briefings and design reviews to management and customers.

Provide effective coaching and technical guidance, communicate as necessary with all levels of management, customers, and subcontractors.

Strong understanding of IT service management and industry best practices.
