The Opportunity

Director, Investments and Capital Markets is a key member of the Treasury team. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of senior level Treasury leadership and team development in a large global organization. This individual and their team are responsible for managing capital structure and capital allocation strategy including shareholder returns, rating agencies relations, and capital markets activities. They have direct oversight responsibility for Adobe’s cash and investment portfolio asset managers. The team currently consists of five individuals located in the US.

What You'll Do

• Asset-liability management and equity disposal execution.
• Shareholder distribution programs - repurchase and dividend policies.
• Oversight responsibility for liquidity positions and cash and investment portfolio.
• Ensure adequate liquidity and enhance overall portfolio return.
• Strategy and execution of capital market activities related to debt portfolio.
• Development of capital structure strategy and related capital allocation planning.
• Preparation and oversight of short and long-term cash forecast.
• Define investment guidelines and asset allocation, portfolio risk and maturity profile.
• Partner with and oversee external asset managers.
• Development and management of rating agency and banking partners relations.
• Partner on M&A and repatriation strategies.
• Structuring and oversight of CP program, credit revolving facilities and other capital raising tools.

What You Need To Succeed

• Deep subject matter expertise in large cap multinational Treasury management, with an extensive network of external relationships.
• Ability to network across the company, including internationally travel to support global initiatives and team management.
• 10+ years’ experience at a large global company, in senior finance leadership roles partnering with officers and executives.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, including direct experience preparing materials and/or presenting to CFO Offices, Board or Board Committees; proven ability to both listen effectively, articulate complex concepts simply and coherently.
• Incredible attention to detail and ownership of business outcomes.
• Advanced degree in business, finance or related field required; MBA, CFA or similar qualification preferred.
• Ability to lead, inspire the team, and develop bench talent for Adobe.
• High level of critical thinking and comfort with ambiguity.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $148,100 -- $289,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
