Senior Capital Markets Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis of capital markets and relevant industries. This includes conducting peer analysis, evaluating industry trends and policies, monitoring capital market shifts, and analyzing analyst reports. Provide ongoing analysis reports and succinct briefings to the Investor Relations and executive teams.
• Investor Engagement and Event Management: Take an active role in planning and coordinating investor events, roadshows, and conference participation. Ensure events are executed with precision and contribute to the company's overall investor engagement strategy.
• Public Disclosure and Reporting: Support the Capital Markets/Investor Relations team in crafting accurate and impactful public disclosures. This includes preparing critical documents such as annual reports, quarterly earnings reports, business update press releases, and necessary filings.
• Strategic Planning and Project Implementation: Assist the planning, execution, and monitoring of targeted capital markets plans and initiatives, include both private market and public market. Foster relationships with external service providers to ensure seamless coordination and delivery.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with diverse departments within the organization to gather vital information for investor relations activities and capital markets strategies. Facilitate internal collaboration to generate key messages, frameworks, and initial drafts for investor-related materials.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred and demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related field, showcasing a track record of accomplishments. Solid knowledge of sector and market analysis. Preferred experience includes exposure to private equity/venture capital firms, equity research, investment banking or other related fields.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional oral and written communication skills, delivered in a professional manner. Proficient in English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Innovative Mindset: Demonstrates curiosity, openness, and an innovative spirit. Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Capable of working independently while contributing effectively to a team.
