Job Description
Our company is a dynamic and rapidly growing organization that provides a wide range of services to various government agencies and commercial clients. With a strong foundation in acquisition and supply chain management, we have expanded our offerings to include infrastructure resiliency, contact center operations, information technology, software engineering, program management, strategic communications, engineering, and cybersecurity. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Director of Human Resources to join our team.
Position Overview

As the Director of HR, you will have the opportunity to lead and influence HR processes while contributing to the overall success of our organization. Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to senior management and provide expert guidance on HR-related matters
Oversee various HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, training and development, performance management, recruiting and hiring, onboarding, policy development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business goals and promote a positive work environment
Stay up to date with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, providing proactive advice and ensuring compliance
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address HR challenges and opportunities, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Provide coaching and support to management-level employees, assisting them in navigating HR-related issues
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or Management
Demonstrated experience of 10 years or more in HR, preferably in organizations with 150 or more employees
Strong understanding of government contracting, including SCA and Non-SCA laws
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in HR processes and documentation
Minimum Of Three Years Of Experience Supporting Management-level Individuals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams
