Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Develop global training program for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with management to identify department and individual training needs.
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts and Technical Writers to develop training materials.
  • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning.
  • Assure all training materials are consistent in message and voice.
  • Oversee and develop Learning Management System

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, HR, Learning and Development or related field
  • In-depth understanding of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching)
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a teaching position
  • Ability to travel 20% of time
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of work in a Learning Management System
