Temecula Creek Inn has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused, creative and detail oriented Director of Communication & Culture with strong communication and multi-tasking skills. This role is responsible for creating and driving an integrated culture and engagement strategy, able to engage, align, and inspire employees with the company's vision and business strategy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: To train, support, review, supervise, and discipline employees directly accountable to their position, and to maintain the highest possible level of employee morale and department productivity. Lead development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs to continuously improve engagement among our employees contributing to a high performing organization linked to our values. Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, speacial projects and assignments. QUALIFICATIONS: BS Degree in communications, business or human resources, or equivalent experinece required in a related field. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field. Hotel experience preferred. English fluency required.
