Director Of Clinical Education

About The Role:

Portrait is committed to working with well-qualified healthcare professionals and to growing their already robust skill sets. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Director of Clinical Education is charged with development and implementation of the training curriculum and facilitation of the our aesthetic healthcare providers' professional development through education.

What You'll Do:

• Development of a clear program plan that includes:
• Methods by which the objectives are to be achieved (learning activities)
• Assessment of performance of each provider through a well organized program of in- training evaluation and assessment of client outcomes.
• Integration of milestones and entrust-able professional activities into the curriculum
• Implement an evaluation system that clearly documents competency
• Determine the role of Pharma, Portrait providers, and external experts in the development of the program
• Developing objectives relating to knowledge and skills
• Semi-annual review of the program to assess the quality of the educational experience and to review the resources available in order to ensure that maximal benefit is being derived from the integration of the components of the program.
• Conduct of the program, including determination of the milestones needed to achieve competency in a specific aesthetic procedure (be it product or technique)

About You:

• Valid PA, DNP, DO, or MD license
• 5+ years of medical aesthetics experience
• 3+ years of hands on education and/or training experience
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
