We are seeking an experienced Business Development/Sales Specialist with existing relationships and a strong network within the agency/client world of film production to help us grow our B2B sales pipeline. The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the organization and drive the sales business. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business. This individual will also be responsible for managing marketing and customer service activities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage sales functions of the business
- Ensure consistent and effective communication with potential clients and existing partners.
- Work closely with the rest of the RoundBox team to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing efforts.
- Spearhead B2B efforts and foster key relationships with startups and ad agencies.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy that targets startups and ad agencies.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to work both solo and as part of a team
- Demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
- Experience building sales pipelines.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong knowledge of the video production industry and market trends.
- Top-notch organizational and time-management skills
- Results-driven and eager to smash targets and spur business growth
- Existing relationships and a strong network within the agency/client world of film production.
