Synechron is looking to hire an Internal Communication Content Writer who is passionate about creating content and a natural storyteller! Every day and project will be an exciting one as this role will be involved in day-to-day marketing operations across all global practices and departments of the business. You will be formulating and supporting marketing initiatives for internal stakeholder working with colleagues who are spread out across our 43 offices around the globe and report into the Global Head of Internal Communications & PR.

• Add news coverage to the "In the News" section on the website
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Craft CSR communications
• Stay current with industry trends
• Develop and implement internal communications across various corporate initiatives for multiple departments
• Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness
• Coordinate internal events and initiatives
• Design, draft, edit and distribute internal communications
• Foster a culture of communication
• Manage internal communication channels
• Act as a strategic communications advisor

Job requirements

• Proactive, self-starter & strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Exposure to Salesforce Pardot & Canva platforms is a bonus
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Experience working with MailChimp
• Agile & creative
• 2-3 years’ experience in Internal Communications writing role
• Tech and Finance industry experience preferred
• Experience working in global organizations
