This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Organization Effectiveness.

  • Manage a portfolio of projects operating in parallel; navigate ambiguity to define work and direct work for the team, balance competing priorities; drive alignment amidst midstream adjustments.
  • Support senior leaders in organizational design changes, including delivering team norming workshops to align behaviors and ways of working for the future.
  • Steward effectiveness resource investment and efficiency across the enterprise by promoting healthy organization shape and size; contribute to and reinforce organization governance processes; report on regular organization metrics.
Qualifications

  • Successful track record of working with C-level leaders. Superior interpersonal, facilitation, communication and consulting skills. Ability to assess needs, influence, collaborate, deliver and partner at the most senior levels in the organization.
  • Expert technical knowledge in areas of organization effectiveness, talent management, compensation, change management, and HR processes. Ability to translate business strategies into organizational design challenges and then solutions. Ability to break down silos by creating cross-functional teams to devise comprehensive design solutions that can be more readily embedded into the current environment.
  • Experienced and comfortable handing large amounts of critical data. Expert-level skill in working with data via Excel or other systems.
  • Has an analytical attitude. Experience working with numbers and reporting
  • Ability to set direction, develop and lead talent strategies that are aligned with business strategy including scoping organization components of complex transformations with interconnected workstreams and dependencies. Strong project management skills, including a proven track record of leading large, complex projects using standard project management practices and tools; experience with agile project management practices a plus.
