Job Description
This role is focused on the seamless planning, delivery, and adoption of the most impactful enterprise-wide culture programs. This role will serve as end-to-end support on key programs beginning with ideation and strategy, development of materials and approaches, through to support with implementation and sustainment in the business - including facilitation and training on materials developed, program expenses and budget. This role will partner with key leaders and teams across the business. Collaboration with colleagues inside the Organizational Excellence team and broader HR will be critical to success.
The work you will support and help deliver includes:
  • Support and guide some material creation and deliver training and implementation plans within the business.
  • Lead program management activities including timeline management, meeting support and follow-ups, communications planning, basic vendor management, budget/expense tracking and material preparation and in some instances, delivery.
  • Programs will be across a matrixed team working within various HR teams and across multiple business units.
  • Support with development and implementation of impactful communications plans focused on ensuring engagement with employees.
  • Serve as the Program Manager for the HR early career rotational program, HRLDP / Human Resources Leadership Development Program. This includes program member selection, management of members throughout their rotations, identification of assignments and graduation process for members into full-time roles. Supports program members with regular coaching & feedback and ensures Assignment Managers are providing accurate, consistent feedback on member performance and behaviors. Identifies and supports HR Mentors for the program members. The role works with the HRLDP Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee Members, and partners with Business Human Resources to ensure overall program operational success. Manages program expenses and budget.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business colleagues to ensure co-creation and execution activities.
  • Oversee internal and external vendors for culture productions, collateral, and communications. Help to manage various external partnerships.

Desired Education and Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in organizational culture, organizational development or related roles.
  • Partners closely and seeks insights from colleagues in the development, design and delivery of programs.
  • Highly experienced in facilitation and training for senior leadership and their teams.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience and success in leading Cultural and HR programs and initiatives across organizations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in project management and driving multi-faceted programs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including crafting messaging for enterprise-wide, global audiences and building successful, productive relationships with colleagues within team, as well as cross-functionally.
  • Delivers innovative thinking and pull-through to drive employee engagement.
