The Director, Airport Technology Delivery is responsible for the strategic oversight, successful implementation and support of the following portfolio: Baggage Services, Airport Operations Communication and Staff Management
What You'll Do

• Works directly with our business partners to develop new and creative ways to improve our operational performance
• Champions Agile practices and moves existing teams further down the delivery transformation path to become more nimble
• Develops new and enhances existing tools to better serve our customers and employees at airports worldwide
• Assists the business to identify and interpret technical solutions and risks
• Stays current on emerging technologies, hardware and software
• Responds to and manages incidents affecting airport products 24x7
• Leverages key relationships across the company to ensure work is being completed with the highest possible quality and within the desired timeframe
• Creates and fosters an organization of positive and collaborative team members willing to take ownership and responsibility of the products and processes they oversee

All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
• 10 years of relevant IT experience in software development and/or architecture
• Demonstrated experience as a successful technical delivery leader with business acumen
• Demonstrates the highest level of ethics and integrity
• 7 years of experience in leadership roles within the technology space

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

• Experience with Product Management preferred
• Advanced Degree preferred

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

• Strong understanding and experienced user of Agile and DevOps development practices
• Exceptional problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking ability
• Ability to think strategically, negotiate skillfully, digest complex details, and use sound judgment and initiative in making decisions
• Detailed knowledge and experience with technical system “best practices”
