4-year degree or equivalent experience

Oversee Project Management Office (PMO).

Lead project planning and management for a variety of large-scale projects and company-wide events.

15+ years Program Planning and Project Management

Proven track records of financial results from the application of process improvement methodologies and effective change management

Establishes and improves systems related to program quality, metrics tracking, program personnel scheduling and assignment, and budget planning and management.

8+ years experience in program/project experience or non-profit experience including experience managing a remote team.

Excellent external communication skills and experience managing committees or other groups leading to tangible outcomes.

Bachelor’s in education/training discipline, Master’s preferred.

Experience working across multiple disciplines of an organization, providing direction and support to multiple internal stakeholders.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Experience with core program structure and establishment such as work breakdown structure, organizational breakdown structure, requirements traceability matrix, integrated master schedule.

Manage all Team SAIC staff ensuring proper execution of tasks, completion of work assignments, and professionalism at all times.

Facilitate and manage subcontractor issues and relationships

One of the following certifications: PMI PgMP; PMI PMP; or FAC-P/PM.

Must be a self-starter with ability to define tasking, manage workload from multiple sources, and independently resolve multifaceted situations.

Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets

Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or other relevant certifications a plus but not required

Manages resources in conjunction with functional managers, production, and sub-contractors.

This position contains supervisory responsibilities

At least 5 years of experience leading complex, strategic programs – ideally in payments.

Excellent written and oral communication skills – can clearly communicate and articulate complex topics and issues with senior leaders and stakeholders.

Lead work streams consisting of many different functions driving multiple simultaneous efforts.

Work through challenges, identify bottlenecks and dependencies, escalate project concerns when necessary and unblock the project team for execution.

Report on status, progress, milestones, deliverables, outcomes, and lessons learned to all applicable parties.

Inform prioritization of initiatives and resources against strategic objectives and success metrics for the organization.

Work with the Project Management, Sales and Finance team to assist with budgeting for shows and events

Onboard and train all new employees in the Project Management department, including new hires and internal transfers.
