Job Responsibilities:
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and to define and implement the program strategy, plans and processes for various procurement initiatives.
• Manage meetings with stakeholders and document process while executing program releases and enhancements.
• Analyze data and utilize ThoughtSpot to create and maintain data dashboards while being able to translate them to a presentation.
• Respond and resolve catalog tasks within a given SLA and work with BPO for escalations.
• Consult and negotiate with business partners to drive compliant catalog program.
• Proactively manage the hygine of catalog program.
• Act as a subject matter expert on procurement policies, processes and best practice.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of the program drivers and have a comprehensive understanding of how they affect the business strategy.

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and sourcing activities for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, ThoughtSpot, Tableau, etc.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• PMI or PMP certification preferred.
• Data Analytics experience.
• Process Documentation experience.
• Procurement experience.
• Experience using ThoughtSpot preferred.
• 3+ years of experience.
