Compensation Range: $40.00 - 45.50 per hour

Cella is looking for a talented Digital Graphic Designer for our client, a Fortune 500 cosmetics company. As a Digital Graphic Designer, you will be an integral part of their dynamic marketing team. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and execute visually compelling graphics for digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to bring the brand to life and engage their audience through eye-catching visuals. The ideal candidate is an experienced graphic designer with a strong digital and web design background who has a passion for creative campaign development.

Responsibilities:

• Create various design concepts and graphics (advertising, packaging, merchandising, collateral, digital) to promote brand image using the highest standards of quality, technical expertise and aesthetics.
• Create tool kits to be shared at a regional and global level.
• Take on large projects from start to finish in tight timelines.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in static and interactive Asset Creation & Adaptation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
• Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of the packaging production process.
• Education: Bachelors
• 3-5 Years BEAUTY/FRAGRANCE/FASHION industry experience as a designer.
• Experience in beauty or luxury brands is an added plus, but not required.
• Positive, proactive, and optimistic attitude.
• 1-3 years of experience as a senior-level designer, ideally with a focus on digital.
• Naturally and highly organized.
• Meticulous with design details and attention to quality.
• Portfolio demonstrating original, high-quality visual/digital work, excellent design skills, and conceptual thinking.
• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Passion for fashion and beauty design with impeccable production skills.
