About You:

Frontier is looking for a Digital Designer to join the Communications team. Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, you will be the lead designer across internal and external communications campaigns. Examples include creating engaging employee experiences across digital platforms and building innovative content for digital and social media announcements. We are looking for a hands-on creative designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and will push the team to be creative in all we do.

What You’ll Do:

• Design ambitiously and raise the bar on how we innovate in our storytelling
• Be innovative, creative and results-oriented
• Create custom artwork for digital stories, graphic assets for video, digitally focused assets for employee engagement, and external storytelling on platforms like social media, email, and landing pages
• Design excellent digital assets within the framework of our new brand
• Continuously research and apply the latest design best practices across channels
• Be a brand ambassador; ensure a high level of design consistency and quality in all we do
• Simply our message with visuals that support employee engagement and bring our story to life across our digital and social platforms
• Work with teammates internally and outside collaborators (video producers, writers) to create engaging content
• Push our creative limits; share and put into play new digital and creative trends in our work

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, frontend design styling, and using a CMS system, is a plus
• Proven ability to work within brand guidelines to create compelling content and user experiences
• Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite; skills in motion graphics and video
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design and visual hierarchy across a variety of digital landscapes including websites, digital and social media, email campaigns, etc.
• Must be a highly motivated, positive, and passionate team player
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of visual design experience in a collaborative environment (digital or advertising agency experience preferred)
• Bachelor of Fine Arts, BA in a related field, or equivalent work experience
