We’re looking for a Digital Designer to join our creative team. Someone with artistic vision that can craft design solutions across all mediums. A driven designer who knows how to build digital assets that will be an asset to any online campaign. A dynamic animator who can create ads that are as moving as they are mobile-friendly.

The Job

As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing a variety of design assets to support our clients’ advertising efforts with an emphasis on digital campaigns. These may include static and animated ads, social media advertising, websites, landing pages, and email templates.

Working under the supervision of our agency partners, Digital Designers are expected to collaborate with other designers, developers, writers, and strategists to ensure that all design and development work achieves project goals for quality, timeliness, and performance.

This is a full-time, salaried position and is currently hybrid (remote and in-person). Preference may be given to candidates in New England who are able to work on-site at least occasionally in our Braintree, Massachusetts office.

Essential Functions

• Collaborate with other agency staff to conceive and create a variety of resources used in digital campaigns
• Lead design efforts from concept to implementation
• Utilize best practices to create dynamic and engaging animated ads
• Assist in the concepting, design, and development of projects including websites, emails, static and animated online advertising, social advertising, digital branding, and more
• Produce campaign concepts that align with client brand standards or push the envelope when needed
• Deliver high-quality work that aligns with project requirements

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to detect visual differences
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, orally and in writing, both to understand project requirements and to compellingly educate or inform
• Artistic creativity and innovation reflecting a strong knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
• Ability to think strategically, work independently, and manage multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate, and After Effects
• Basic understanding of HTML

Education and/or Experience

• Alternatively, 2 years of professional work experience in digital design
• Strong design portfolio showcasing design, creativity, and ability to produce work to a variety of specifications
• Bachelor’s degree or military service preferred, particularly in design or related field
