Digital Designer - Remote

What is this position about?
Our Digital Designers create digital assets for various departments throughout Working Solutions. This full-time, remote role works within our Education & Development team and is guided by our Manager, Technical Operations and Digital Design.

• To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI.

What does this person do?
Working cross-departmentally, you will be a key contributor in on-going creation of videos, modules, documents, and graphics.
You must be able to work autonomously, but also work well with teams to strategize new design methods, requirements and consistent branding guidelines. Effective communication in our virtual environment is essential.
Requirements
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment

• Required Tools: Adobe Illustrator, PhotoShop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro & Storyline 360.
• Our designers are highly skilled in Video Editing, Video Design, Motion Graphics & Technical Writing.
• Creatives that have utilized Cinema4D, Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro or similar tools to create digital assets.
• Basic knowledge with Canvas LMS application a plus.

What does success look like in the first year?

• Develop cutting edge micro-lessons (short videos) to educate users/clients on processes and procedures.
• Deploy digital assists in a timely manner and meeting requirements from multiple departments.
