Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist opportunity with our affiliated Eastman Periodontics office in Bradenton, FL. Great earnings & benefits!

Dr. Eastman takes pride in providing the finest periodontal treatment and implant dentistry services in Bradenton, FL. They use only state-of-the art equipment and the latest techniques to perform gum disease treatments and root planning therapy, and periodontal maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

The Receptionist is the first line of customer service for all patients and visitors entering our office. They will greet patients, sign them in, schedule future appointments, and handle incoming phone calls. They will assist patients to receive the best possible service.

  • Maintain a clean and friendly waiting area for patients
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Customer Service; acknowledge, smile, and greet patients upon arrival/dismissal.
  • Respond to patient questions and or concerns according to DCA Policies
  • Post charges and payments to patient accounts
  • Confirming Appointments
  • Answering Telephones
  • Register Patients on sign in sheet.
  • Maintaining Appointment Book
  • Checking voicemail on a daily basis
  • Follow up on no shows/cancellation of Appointments.
  • **Bilingual in Spanish/English is strongly preferred**
  • Experience answering telephone.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans, is a plus
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience working in a dental, medical, or other healthcare office
