Capgemini Subject Matter Experts define and ensure a comprehensive and coherent view across Business, Information, Systems and Technology. They go beyond designing IT systems to deliver business change, which may also be supported and enabled by IT. Enterprise Architects define services from a business perspective, both with and without automation. They make an initial grouping of services in components, using principles based on objectives and constraints. They have deep business and industry expertise, are familiar with industry standards, and can work at the boardroom and senior management level.
You work as an Engagement Lead/ Enterprise Architect and are able to design and implement a complex solution for a major account. You are acknowledged internally and externally as a thought leader, are seen as a role model in the community, and can operate effectively at the highest levels within national and multi-national organizations.

Requirements:

  • Certificated in BRIM preferred
  • Supervise and provide performance management for IT advisory staff working on assigned engagements
  • Excellent communication skills, including written and oral; with the ability to present to large groups with confidence
  • Strong experience in Subscription Order Management (SOM) – Subscription Order, Subscription Contract, Cross Catalog Mapping, Master Agreement, ODI, Contract Change Process etc.
  • Plan and execute the day-to-day activities of project/ engagements, specific to BRIM, for Multiple Clients, including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews
  • Lead SAP business processes mapping
  • Identify and communicate findings to senior management and client personnel
  • Minimum 3-4+ end-to-end BRIM project implementation experience
  • Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
  • Strong experience in Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA) – Account maintenance, Payments, Dunning & Collection, etc.
  • Strong experience in Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI) – BITs & CITs, Chargeable items, Allowance logic, Price & Charge plan, mapping & Subscriber tables, various server instances of CC etc.
  • 12+ years of functional knowledge in SAP BRIM and understanding of functional area to which BRIM integrates
  • Assist with scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals

Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.

Delivery Architects/SME’s assess a project’s technical feasibility, as well as implementation risks. They are responsible for designing and implementing a project’s technical architecture. They define the structure of a system, its interfaces, and the principles that guide its organization, software design and implementation. The scope of the Delivery Architect’s role is bounded by the business issue at hand.

Must have knowledge of all the different aspects of the technical Delivery as well as robust business knowledge. This includes the Software Architect.

  • You are a a driving force in the partnership between Capgemini and the client. You understand and analyze the complexities and opportunities inherent in a global business environment.
  • You align the design of the Delivery according to the principles of enterprise architecture and control its successful implementation.
  • You identify and assess technical evolution scenarios of a client organization and define its governance processes and program management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Qualification: 18+ years of experience, Bachelor's Degree.
  • Should be masters in Foundation, People Leadership, Technology Awareness & Leveraging, Service & Delivery, Innovation & Capability Growth.
  • Should be experienced in Client Acquisition & Development, Business Leadership.
  • Certification: SAP Certifications preferred
