Job Title:Data Operations Analyst (Global Event)

Location of Role:100% remote in US

Duration:8+ Months, 40 hours / week, Extendable depending on budget and performance

Pay rate: $32hr on W2

Description:

The Analyst, Global Event Data Operations is a key member of our Marketing Decision Science team and will work with cross-functional business stakeholders to gather requirements and process data for multiple worldwide teams supporting our Global Event Portfolio.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working with multiple stakeholder teams, experience in the high tech industry, exceptional analytical skills, and great communication skills. This individual must excel in data analysis, problem solving, and communication. Must have a proven ability to build relationships in both business and IT functions and demonstrate the ability to act independently and be successful in a team-oriented environment and experience working on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

Process event data from our Global Event Portfolio

Work with multiple stakeholders across the world- AMER, LACA, EMEA

Investigate data issues and potential deep-dive analyses to help guide IT project requirements for issue resolution

Partner closely with event platform users from various business teams to determine priorities and assist initiatives as needed

Support teams in event technology, data operations, field marketing with their data needs

Work with IT, Events, Fields teams to clarify business process and data needs and provide guidance on the implementation of event data projects

Create documentation for multiple processes

Required skills / experience:

Bachelor's degree preferred

2-4 years of business analyst experience

Proficient in Excel

Familiar with project management principles

2+ years experience working with international stakeholders

Salesforce object model & SOQL experience preferred

Salesforce Admin Certified preferred

Experience working and communicating with both information technology and strategic business teams

Experience analyzing business processes across multiple data domains (i.e. Customer, Employee, Marketing)

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, lead and partner across functions and teams

Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail

Interest in data and data analysis
