Clinical Data Operations Analyst – Contract – Remote – $36.00-$46.00/hr.

A Pharmaceutical Company is seeking a Clinical Data Operations Analyst for a remote opportunity.
Role Description
The overall purpose of this position is to provide process optimization, data governance and technology support and expertise for clinical trial operations systems. The role is responsible for supporting activities related to the systems, process, and governance for clinical trial operational systems including Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), electronic Trial Master File (eTMF) and numerous other platforms. This includes a significant focus on supporting overarching data integrity efforts.
Accountable for supporting the Process Optimization, Clinical Technology and Support efforts including:
Data Governance and Technology Support
• Assess, track and manage end user compliance with operational data governance and system standards
• Complete data entry into R&D systems
• Manage resolutions of identified data quality issues for internal systems and vendor data feeds
• Support CMART team in providing status updates on technology implementations to senior leadership
• Responsible for appropriately escalating significant issues in a timely manner
• Working with business teams, identify and track business needs and opportunities for future system upgrades
• Provide support and guidance for system end users
• Responsible for managing user access request and provisioning
• Work trial operations technology teams to plan and execute technology projects in support of departmental business needs
Process Optimization, End User Support and Training
• Participate in the development and delivery of end-user training, access and central support model for GCO and GDS managed operational systems and/or inputs into R&D systems (e.g., Veeva Vault Clinical, CTMS, Trial Listings Solution, HCP Engagements etc.)
• Participate in the development of standard operating procedures and/or job aids in support of technology implementations
• In collaboration Clinical Development Services key stakeholders, support data and documentation requests for audits, regulatory inspections and/or other internal purposes
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelors degree with 1 year experience or Associates degree with 2 years experience or High school diploma or GED with 5 years of project administration and/or administrative experience.
• Experience within clinical trial execution and clinical trial lifecycle desired
• Strong PC literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of R&D technologies and data sources
• Fully understand importance of data integrity and attention to detail
• Have experience working with complex databases and ensuring accurate data entry
• Enthusiasm for innovative research and ability and desire to learn new approaches, technologies and expand core skill set.
• Advanced organizational and communication skills
• Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills
• Excellent customer service skills/techniques
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities
• Clear oral and written communication skills on complex topics
• Ability to identify more complex issues that require escalation for resolution
• Excellent written, verbal and project planning skills
• Strong attention to details
• Self-starter with demonstrated success working independently.
• Self-motivated with comfort working on high performance teams.
• Tolerance of ambiguity and willingness to work through complex issues
• Ability to work with global external partners to achieve desired goals
