Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Commercial Data Analyst - Data Linkage role will make an impact:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data linkage, data management, and data analysis, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation of data linkage processes, including data mapping, data transformation, and data validation steps, to ensure repeatability and reproducibility of processes.
• Validate, clean, and preprocess data to ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data linkage strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Conduct data linkage activities, including data matching, and merging to combine datasets from multiple commercial data sources into a consolidated and meaningful format.
• Develop and implement algorithms, statistical methods, and machine learning techniques to identify and resolve data linkage challenges, such as duplicate records, missing values, and data inconsistencies.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.
• Strong technical skills, including prior experience in SQL (ideal), Python (preferred), and other data processing tools and languages.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and resolve data linkage challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in data linkage, data integration, and data analysis, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $55,000-105,000.
