Job description: Production Coordinator Data Entry

Job status: Full time / Hourly

Reports to: Production Manager

Job responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Enter daily production numbers accurately.
• Provide Assistance to the Production Manager if needed
• Create Charts and Tables in Excel
• Log Production Traceability reports
• Conduct monthly inventory count and record results
• Conduct yearly inventory and record results
• Track Production Batches

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel formulas
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Understanding of production procedures
• The ability to use email in a professional setting
• Attention to detail
• Excellent typing and computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Analytical skills
