About this Position
Our imaging team provides outstanding service to our hard-working, fun-loving employees every day. In this position, you'll be exposed to much of the company as you handle documents for almost every department. In fact, a primary reason why we hire frequently for this position is because our staff are often promoted into other departments throughout the company, including IT, Claims, Legal, Fraud, Underwriting, and more! Plus, we have full benefits and great pay, starting at $20.00/hr!

Responsibilities & Qualifications
In this role, you can expect to:
  • Scan documents using commercial scanners
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance
  • Work as part of a large team
  • Route scanned documents to employees electronically
  • Open and identify incoming documents
  • Prepare documents for scanning
  • Adhere to production and accuracy standards
  • File scanned documents via indexing systems
It is required that you have:
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education, training, or experience
  • Excellent professionalism, teamwork, positive thinking, task completion, and compliance skills
  • 0-2 years of data entry or administrative experience
