One of our BEST F500 customers has partnered with us to find a skilled Data Entry Representative to join their team remotely. This exciting 6-month opportunity offers a chance to work with cutting-edge hospital products and make a real impact on customer satisfaction.

As a Data Entry Representative, you'll be the first line of support for customers, assisting them with processing returns from the comfort of your remote workspace. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; College degree in a related field preferred.
1-2 years of experience providing technical support via email.
Experience using devices such as cell phones, laptops, and tablets to perform work activities.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to troubleshoot effectively, exercise independent judgment, and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and data entry.
Proficient in computer navigation and usage of computer-based systems.
Reliable internet connection to effectively support business systems.
Preferred (but Not Required)
Project Management certifications.
Experience contributing and accessing information from a Knowledge Management system.
Background in the medical device industry.
