You will shape and implement strategic products to ensure that McKinsey’s craft stays on the leading edge of technology.

In this role, you will be involved in leading software development projects. Your expertise will expand into Cloud technologies, DevOps and continuous delivery domains. You'll design highly scalable and reusable system architectures performing complex computations on very large data sets and documents. You will communicate architectural decisions across the teams. You'll supervise and control proper system design implementation, making sure the implementation meets quality and security standards.

You will tinker with new open source libraries using unfamiliar technologies. You will learn new programming languages as well as design systems in big data domain. You will have a strong understanding of key agile engineering practices to guide teams on improvement opportunities in their engineering practices.
